REQUIREMENTS * Student of **Industrial Engineering (5th to 7th semester)**. * Basic knowledge of: * Time and motion studies * Work methods * Continuous improvement * Intermediate-level **Excel proficiency** (mandatory). * Availability for **100% on-site internships** in **Puente Piedra**. * Residing in nearby areas (preferred). * Willingness to learn on the shop floor and work alongside operational staff. RESPONSIBILITIES * Draft **product technical specifications**. * Support **person-based production scheduling**. * Measure times and analyze work methods on the shop floor. * Support **carpentry and production area organization and order**. * Identify productivity improvement opportunities. * Generate simple progress and efficiency reports. * Support order prioritization based on delivery dates.
