Ecolab is seeking a **Pest Services Specialist** to join its industry-leading Pest Elimination team. In this role, you will deliver timely and cost-effective solutions for pest detection, elimination, and prevention to a designated route of commercial clients. You will provide 24/7 brand protection to your clients—including restaurants, hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, schools, retail stores, and food and beverage processing plants—leveraging your service and sales expertise with Ecolab Pest Elimination. ### **What's in it for you?** * Participate in a paid training program that enables you to learn from successful professionals * Receive a company-provided service vehicle for work use * Long-term professional development opportunities in service, sales, or management * A flexible and independent work environment where you manage your own monthly schedule * Access to top-tier resources, tools, and technology * Increase your income as you drive growth * Be part of a company that values a safety culture, offering high-level training and personal protective equipment * Comprehensive benefits package effective from day one of employment ### **What You’ll Do:** * Build effective working relationships with diverse clients and collaborate with them on best practices to identify and resolve pest issues * Stay current on Ecolab products and services and market conditions to enhance service delivery and sales performance * Use portable computerized equipment to manage service activities and document structural, sanitation, and pest-related conditions * Deliver high-quality inspections and treatments that exceed customer expectations * Provide customers with written documentation of services performed and recommendations to maintain pest-free environments * Apply pesticides in accordance with label instructions and applicable regulations * Plan work routes efficiently and productively, ensuring 100% service compliance * Submit required reports and documentation accurately and on time ### **Position Details:** * Candidate must reside in: Lima \- Peru * Route will include: other cities / locations within the national territory ### **Minimum Requirements:** * Technical or professional education in related fields * Availability to work night shifts or weekends * Availability to be on-call outside regular working hours when necessary * Ability to work under varied conditions, including confined spaces, wet, dusty, cold, or hot environments * Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record ### **Physical Demands:** * Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to approximately 20 kg to chest height * Willingness to work under varied conditions such as confined spaces, wet or dusty environments, and cold or high temperatures * Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, walking, standing, and constant hand use * Ability to wear a respirator / protective mask ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior customer service experience * Experience in pesticide application / pest control * Prior experience in the pest control industry or route management * Willingness to travel / relocate within the national territory Ecolab is committed to equal opportunity.
