Job Summary: We are seeking Commercial Management / Marketing Interns to provide information about courses, follow up with prospects, manage customers, and support various commercial, marketing, and administrative tasks. Clear career path and pleasant work environment We are currently looking for Commercial Management / Marketing Interns for our company Dimensión 3.0, located in Los Olivos. *Job Responsibilities: - Provide information about our courses and workshops. - Follow up via phone calls with prospects from our proprietary database of individuals interested in our courses. - Manage customers (students) across all stages of the sales cycle. - Respond to social media inquiries (WhatsApp Business). - Support commercial, marketing, logistics, accounting, and HR tasks. - Assist in academic management and service quality assurance. *Requirements: - Student (from 4th semester onward) or graduate, technical or university-level, majoring in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields. - Proficient in Microsoft Office at user level. - Preferably residing in the districts of Northern Lima. - Availability of 30 hours per week (flexible, based on the student’s academic schedule). *NOTE: In-person internships only. *Benefits: - Monthly stipend of S/ 400 (starting from the 4th month, salary doubles to S/ 800 per month; starting from the 7th month, full-time contract with salary of S/ 1200, subject to availability) - Sales commissions starting at S/ 800, based on number of enrolled students, promotions, etc. (effective from Day 1) - Full scholarship for our courses. - 50% scholarship for immediate family members. - Clear career path and pleasant work environment. - Certificate of pre-professional internship.
