Wishing you great success throughout this process! **Mission:** Contribute to the success of the Guarantees and Insurance Services Center team by ensuring that specific individual objectives, plans, and initiatives are executed or fulfilled in support of the Guarantees, Valuations, and Insurance teams’ strategies and objectives. **What do we expect from you?** * **Desired Education:** 7th-cycle or higher undergraduate student in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Administration.* **Experience** Ideally experience in report generation.* **Type of Knowledge:** **Role-specific:** * Dashboard creation * Statistical analysis techniques. **IT Skills:** Office, Power BI, Python, SQL (advanced level). Excel (macros) – advanced level. **Languages:** Basic English **What challenges will you face?** 1\. Data Analysis Collect, clean, and transform data from various sources. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and relevant insights. Validate data quality and support improvements to information recording processes. 2\. Predictive Model Development Apply basic statistical and machine learning techniques to generate predictions. Train, evaluate, and fine-tune models developed in Python. Document methodologies used and results obtained. 3\. BI Dashboard and Report Creation Design and develop dashboards using Power BI tools. Automate key performance indicators (KPIs) and recurring reports. Update and maintain existing dashboards. Integrate datasets from multiple sources into BI models. 4\. Process Automation Develop automations using macros (VBA) and Python scripts. Optimize manual data-handling processes. Create templates, automated reports, and internal tools for teams. 5\. Process Management and Documentation Map processes related to information usage, flow, and utilization. Propose improvements to increase operational efficiency. Prepare technical and functional documentation for developments completed. 6\. Project Management Support Participate in planning and tracking analytics and BI projects. Prepare deliverables, presentations, and progress reports. Coordinate with involved departments to ensure proper execution of activities. 7\. Database Management and Validation Load, update, and maintain datasets in internal repositories. Validate data integrity and consistency. Support data structure design for new projects. 8\. Internal Request Support and Assistance Respond to analytical queries or requests submitted by user departments. Provide support for dashboard and automated tool usage. Adjust models and reports according to requirements.
