Job Summary: We are seeking Cake Decorators with passion for baking and dedication to detail to join our production team, responsible for preparing and decorating commercial and themed cakes. We operate two stores in Lima and manage two business units: **B2B and B2C**. We are looking for **Cake Decorators** passionate about baking and committed to detail to join our **production team in Miraflores**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare ingredients and supplies for cake and dessert decoration. * Decorate **commercial** (fudge, frosting, manjar, etc.) or **themed** (buttercream, fondant, flowers, characters, etc.) cakes, according to the candidate's profile. * Perform cleaning and disinfection of work areas and utensils. * Carry out product **packaging and labeling**. * Monitor inventory and expiration dates of raw materials and finished products. * Apply **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** at all times. **Candidate Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year** of experience decorating cakes in production workshops or bakeries (**mandatory requirement**). * Technical studies in **pastry or gastronomy**. * Knowledge of **GMP**. * For the **themed** profile: proficiency in buttercream, fondant, flower, and character decoration techniques. **Desired Competencies:** * Passion for pastry and a continuous desire to learn. * Orderliness and cleanliness in the workplace. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Commitment, punctuality, and responsibility. **Working Conditions:** * **Workplace:** Miraflores. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (45-minute break). * **Employment Type:** PYME payroll with all statutory benefits. **Compensation:** * **Cake Decorator:** S/ 1,500 gross \+ S/ 1,000 mobility bonus **Additional Benefits:** * 30% **discount on Patty Pastelería products**. * **Opportunities for professional development and growth.** If you meet the requirements and wish to join a solid, passionate company dedicated to pastry… **Apply now and join our sweet team!** Job Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
