Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators to perform inspection, verification, and quality control of products and machines, ensuring adherence to production schedules and standards. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in reviewing and ensuring compliance with product scheduling. 2. Verification and monitoring of product and machine quality. 3. Reporting of incidents and compliance with hygiene standards. We are currently recruiting PRODUCTION OPERATORS for rotating shifts who meet the following profile: In-Person Interview: Interested candidates must bring their CV from Tuesday to Friday at 8:00 a.m. to Av. Minerales 349, Cercado de Lima. Inquire about the Production Operator interview. Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Minimum six months’ experience as a Production Operator. Availability to work rotating shifts. Preference for candidates residing in districts adjacent to Cercado de Lima. Responsibilities: 1\. Review and comply with product scheduling. 2\. Verify the condition of each machine before operation. 3\. Conduct quality controls at the start and during production according to product specifications, and record them in the corresponding forms by machine, line, and area. 4\. Perform visual inspection monitoring of finished products at the start and during production to verify compliance with quality pattern requirements. 5\. Immediately report production process incidents to the shift supervisor, including visibility of the notice, notice data, and reporting method. 6\. Comply with workplace and machine hygiene standards at the beginning, during, and end of each shift. Benefits: Payroll enrollment from day one. SCTR, LIFE LAW, and EPS insurance.
