We are looking for a **PROFESSIONAL INTERN FOR TALENT ACQUISITION** with experience in this position. **Associated Knowledge and Requirements:** * **Academic Background:** University graduate in 2026 in Administration, Human Resources, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related administrative fields. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, filters, reports). * Proficiency in .ppt, Canva, or other tools for creating high-impact presentations. * Prior experience in Human Resources (personnel administration, talent acquisition, etc.) (preferred). * Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM. * Hybrid modality at Camino Real. **Job Responsibilities:** * Continuously track candidates throughout various stages of the selection and onboarding process. * Coordinate and ensure timely submission of documentation required for hiring. * Manage contract signature tracking. * Maintain consistent communication with candidates to reduce risks of withdrawal or abandonment of the process. * Update candidate databases and reports. * Support the preparation of departmental presentations and metrics. * Post job openings on employment portals and other talent attraction sources. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and leaders. * Provide administrative support to department members. **What We Offer:** Professional internship agreement FOLA insurance Career path Continuous academic training Hybrid modality Collaborative culture and real growth opportunities Large-scale technology projects with leading clients Training Progressive salary increases based on performance Salary: Up to S/.1,400.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid at Camino Real, Lima
