




Job Summary: We are seeking a food industry professional to ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards at the plant, supervise production processes, and manage product release. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 2. Train staff on food quality and safety. 3. Release finished products in accordance with standards. We are a coffee company seeking a professional with the following profile: **Requirements** * Graduate or bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Industries, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the plant. * Verify, record, and report daily incidents in production and dispatch. * Train and raise awareness among staff regarding food quality and safety. * Release finished products in accordance with established standards. * Manage sampling, handling of customer complaints (IRC), and reporting equipment failures to maintenance. * Supervise compliance with cleaning procedures, production processes, and calibration/verification of measuring equipment. * Report process deviations and non-conforming products, and follow up on corrective actions. * Complete finished product evaluation forms and maintain updated physical and digital control records. * Assist in preparing documentation for certification renewals. * Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 11 AM. **Competencies** * Attention to detail. * Responsibility and commitment. * Teamwork. * Assertive communication. * Order and discipline.
