Requirements: * 3 years of experience in Project Management within the telecommunications sector. * Experience in managing and/or operating telecommunications deployment projects. What you will do: * Develop the Project Plan (Operation Phase), defining indicators and plans for scope, schedule, quality, risks, and communications throughout the project lifecycle. * Define processes and procedures together with all areas involved in delivering outputs (Contractual Requirements) with the quality required by the customer, within the timeframes stipulated in the contract. * Coordinate with all internal departments involved in service delivery to our customers. * Monitor and control management indicators to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. * Maintain communication with the client and manage stakeholder expectations. * Monitor identified risks and identify new risks. * Keep project information updated, available, accurate, and of high data quality. * Identify and document lessons learned. * Propose continuous improvements for process and procedure optimization. * Manage the implementation of new service contracts related to the project infrastructure.
