COOK\- ROTATING\-WINDOW WITH EXPERIENCE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare food according to plan, ensuring compliance with food handling regulations in order to guarantee food safety * Develop the menu or monthly cycle menu in coordination with the Nutritionist, Logistics Manager, Operations Manager or whoever AMERICAN CATERING S.A.C. designates as representative. * Prepare cold dishes, appetizers, soups and side dishes from the corresponding menu. * Grill meats according to customer requests, meeting their expectations. * Prepare marinades and thaw products according to the day's sales projections. * Perform daily rotation of ingredients and products, ensuring freshness and quality. * Maintain general cleanliness of the work area and carry out cleaning and disinfection of restrooms and/or storage passageways, as well as cleaning collection bins at the collection center, etc. * Additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
