Main Responsibilities** \- Supervise the performance of sales staff at assigned locations. \- Monitor the progress of trainees in the training program. \- Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets and commercial KPIs. \- Verify proper product display (merchandising). \- Guarantee compliance with customer service protocols. \- Monitor inventory, stock shortages, and product expiration dates. \- Continuously train and provide feedback to the sales team. \- Conduct visits to points of sale according to schedule. \- Prepare sales reports, incident reports, and improvement opportunities. \- Coordinate with departments such as procurement, accounting, and HR. \- Implement field sales strategies to achieve sales objectives. \- Submit promotional photographs of the assigned area. **2\. Job Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** \- Technical or university degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. **Experience:** \- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharmacies or pharmaceutical retail. \- Experience leading teams (6 months preferred). **Knowledge:** \- Sales and negotiation techniques. \- Inventory management. \- Management indicators (KPIs). \- Basic health regulations (DIGEMID – Peru). \- Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. \- Proficiency in Adesynet system. **3\. Working Conditions** \- Fieldwork (visits to locations). \- Availability to travel between branches. \- Flexible working hours based on operational needs. **4\.
