Identify and integrate emerging technologies We are looking for a highly strategic and future-oriented **Technology and Innovation Manager** to lead our technology function. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the company’s digital evolution, responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technological infrastructure, as well as identifying and integrating new technologies that enhance competitiveness and innovation in our services. We seek a leader with strong technical expertise, proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, and a clear focus on developing high-impact business solutions within the technology sector. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technology Strategy:** Design and execute the technology and innovation roadmap aligned with the company’s growth objectives. * **Team Leadership:** Lead, motivate, and empower the IT, software development, architecture, and innovation teams, fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement. * **Project Management:** Oversee the full lifecycle of technology projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. * **Research and Development (R\+D):** Research and evaluate emerging technology trends (e.g., Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity) for potential strategic implementation in the business. * **IT Governance and Security:** Ensure information security, business continuity, and compliance with data protection regulations and policies. * **Budget and Vendor Management:** Manage the department’s budget (Capex and Opex) and lead negotiations with key software, hardware, and technology service vendors. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree (MBA or in Technology/Innovation) is desirable. * **Experience:** Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in the technology sector or technology consulting. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Proven experience managing agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL). * Demonstrated experience in digital transformation projects and scalable software development. * **Soft Skills:** Inspirational leadership, strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, ability to solve complex problems, and excellent communication skills at all levels (executive and technical).
