Active participation in strengthening digital presence A commercial and technology-oriented company is looking for a **Community Manager** to strengthen the brand's digital presence, manage communication with the online community, and optimize the company's image on digital platforms. We seek a creative, strategic, and results-oriented individual with solid expertise in **visual content editing and web administration.** Main Responsibilities: * Manage and execute social media content strategy (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). * Publish graphic assets, short videos, reels, stories, and visual content for digital campaigns. * Manage and produce short videos aimed at awareness and guidance. * Administer and update the website on **WordPress** (product uploads, blogs, banners, landing pages, and visual optimization). * Monitor messages, comments, and interactions with the digital community. * Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for promotional campaigns. * Analyze social media metrics, web traffic, and content performance. * Optimize basic SEO content in WordPress (titles, descriptions, images, links, etc.). * Propose creative ideas to improve reach, engagement, and digital positioning. * Maintain visual and communicative brand consistency. **Requirements** * Technical or university degree in: * Marketing * Communications * Advertising * Graphic Design * Digital Marketing * Communication Sciences or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media, digital content, or community management. * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in design and editing tools: * Adobe Photoshop (preferred) * Illustrator (preferred) * Canva * Premiere Pro / CapCut * Proficiency in **WordPress** (mandatory). * Knowledge of web content uploading and editing. * Basic SEO knowledge. * Experience in e\-commerce or corporate websites is preferred. **Offered** * Formal employment contract based on evaluation. * Opportunity for professional development. * Continuous training. * Excellent work environment. * Participation in a growing scientific and technological sector company. **Work Modality** * On-site * Full-time Salary: S/.1,400\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
