Ecommerce Growth Manager – Meta Ads \& Shopify Location: Lima, Peru Mode: On-site Company: MOST.PE Full-time About MOST.PE We are an e-commerce brand specializing in authentic watches such as Casio, G\-Shock, Invicta, Seiko, and other recognized brands. We sell via Shopify, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp, with nationwide shipping across Peru and a physical store in Lima. We are currently seeking a strategic and operational individual to help us scale campaigns, improve processes, and optimize web and WhatsApp conversion. Responsibilities ✅ Manage and optimize Meta Ads campaigns ✅ Scale e-commerce campaigns ✅ Create audiences, retargeting, and lookalike segments ✅ Optimize ROAS, CPL, and CPA ✅ Manage Shopify and analyze web conversion ✅ Implement and monitor Meta pixel and events ✅ Perform basic WhatsApp and CRM automation ✅ Optimize sales funnels ✅ Coordinate with design and creative content teams ✅ Analyze metrics and deliver weekly reports ✅ Improve e-commerce commercial and operational processes Requirements ✅ Proven experience in e-commerce Meta Ads ✅ Experience with Shopify ✅ Knowledge of WhatsApp Business API or CRM ✅ Proficiency in retargeting and conversion funnels ✅ Understanding of key metrics: * ROAS * CTR * CPC * CPA * CPM ✅ Experience scaling sales campaigns ✅ Analytical and commercial mindset ✅ Problem-solving ability and process optimization skills Highly valued if you have experience in: ⭐ Fashion or accessories e-commerce ⭐ Watches or premium products ⭐ Kommo, Botmaker, or similar CRMs ⭐ Automations ⭐ Email/SMS marketing ⭐ TikTok Ads ⭐ Google Ads What We’re Looking For A results-oriented individual with an e-commerce mindset and commercial focus, capable of helping us scale sales and enhance MOST.PE’s digital operations.
