We are HUMANTYX, and on behalf of a multinational company launching its operations in Peru, we are seeking a Lead Videographer. Job Description We are looking for a Lead Videographer with experience in audiovisual production for digital platforms, marketing agencies, or entertainment companies. The candidate will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of video recordings, ensuring high-quality audiovisual content that strengthens brand positioning and resonates with the target audience. Responsibilities Plan and coordinate the brand's audiovisual productions. Lead the videography team during filming. Ensure visual and technical quality of produced content. Coordinate with content, marketing, and editing teams for audiovisual project execution. Oversee the use and maintenance of recording equipment. Propose new audiovisual ideas and formats aligned with digital trends. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Audiovisual Communication, Communication Sciences, Multimedia Production, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience in audiovisual production for digital platforms. Experience in digital marketing agencies, entertainment companies, or online gambling firms is desirable. Proficiency in professional cameras, lighting, and audiovisual production equipment. Knowledge of composition, visual storytelling, and social media content production.
