What would your responsibilities be? Execute the corporate communication strategy (offline / online), coordinating with key users, selecting contact points, generating content and ad hoc assets, and tracking content execution to generate brand value. Research and analyze new niches and opportunities (in communication and offline/online improvement) within the professional segment across the purchase and usage journey of our products, aiming to maximize experience and satisfaction levels to foster affinity and closeness. Propose and develop brand style guides and ensure their implementation across all organizational areas. // Propose and ensure the quality of brief content for campaign and communication platform conceptualization. // Execute initiatives to raise internal employee awareness of product categories, ensuring all employees become brand ambassadors. Execute strategic stakeholder relationship management with public and private sector stakeholders to build new connections and strengthen alliances. // Propose projects to improve stakeholder relationships in the public and private sectors. Propose and monitor the development of events, campaigns, BTL activations, and various materials—including digital ones—to ensure full plan execution and effective dissemination. // Identify communication needs and strengthen the digital ecosystem for projects and the public sector by supporting digital channel administration, managing content and corresponding updates, to ensure effective dissemination. Responsible for developing, proposing, and monitoring media & social media KPIs to implement learnings by target audience, optimizing campaigns to maximize ROAS. Develop and propose a multi-platform media usage schedule (direct and indirect media), coordinated with category teams, to avoid user saturation: WhatsApp, email, Telexperto / web, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, programmatic, etc., including content delivery setup. Requirements Professional degree in Administration, Engineering, or Marketing. Advanced English proficiency. Budget management skills. Experience managing direct communication platforms. Basic knowledge of CRM platforms (basic level). Digital metrics management and analysis skills. Proficiency in Excel. Experience using Google Drive and Google tools. Use of AI tools, with emphasis on prompting (desirable). Public relations experience (desirable). Over 1 year of experience as a Corporate Affairs Analyst, Marketing – Product or Category Analyst, or Marketing – B2B Analyst.
