As a Sales Engineer, you will help expand CONTEC's presence in Lima, Peru. by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and delivering solutions tailored to healthcare needs. Your responsibilities * Drive business development and identify new commercial opportunities. * Build and manage relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and key decision\-makers. * Conduct regular customer visits and promote CONTEC's medical device portfolio. * Participate in public tenders, government bidding processes, trade shows, and industry events. * Monitor market trends, competitors, customer needs, and product performance. * Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing, and follow\-up. * Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to deliver effective customer solutions. * Represent CONTEC and contribute to growing its presence in the Peruvian market. What we are looking for * Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education. * Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries. * Knowledge of the Peruvian healthcare market and purchasing processes. * Experience with government tenders or institutional sales is a plus. * Strong communication, negotiation, relationship\-building, and business development skills. * Spanish and English proficiency required. * Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and able to work independently. * Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
