Job Summary: We are looking for an Account Coordinator obsessed with organization, who ensures on-time project delivery, team coordination, and consistent communication with clients. The Account Coordinator is the operational backbone of the agency: ensuring every deliverable arrives on time, the team has all necessary resources, and the client is always informed about the status of their work. Responsibilities * Manage each client’s deliverables: what’s missing, what’s delayed, what’s been delivered. **Build and track project timelines.** * Coordinate internal teams: design, editing, marketing, and trafficking. **Serve as the operational point of contact with clients (approvals, revisions, feedback).** * Ensure all outputs are delivered on schedule and meet quality standards. * **Document processes and progress per account in Notion so everyone stays aligned on each client’s status.** * Upload meeting summaries or client chat logs to Notion, highlighting key action items. **Maintain the team’s workflow organization in Excel and internal tools.** What We’re Looking For * Extremely organized—the sight of disorder triggers anxiety (and we love that). * **Natural leadership: you know how to guide the team without needing a formal managerial title.** * Patience when working with clients, vendors, and creative teams. * **Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or similar agencies.** * Solid proficiency in Excel and Notion. * **Clear written and verbal communication skills.** * Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously without losing focus.
