Job Summary: We are seeking a Graphic/Audiovisual Designer with a passion for design and experience creating visual content for fashion, focused on social media and brand aesthetics. Excellent work environment in a dynamic and creative setting. **We Are Looking for a Graphic/Audiovisual Designer – Fashion** Do you have a strong eye for aesthetics, passion for design, and experience creating visual content for fashion? This opportunity is for you! **Requirements** * Graduate in Graphic Design, Advertising, Communications, Marketing, or related fields (technical or university degree). * Minimum **1 year of experience in designing and editing content for brands**. * **Experience in photography and image editing**. * **Updated portfolio** (mandatory). * Creativity, proactivity, and interest in visual trends. * Availability to work onsite in **La Victoria \- Gamarra**. **Knowledge and Skills** * Proficiency in design tools: **Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere (or similar video editor)**. * Knowledge of formats and assets **optimized for social media** (responsive dimensions, reels, stories, carousels). * Basic knowledge of **cameras and lighting for social media content production** (preferred). * Familiarity with **WordPress**, especially for updating banners and graphic content on the website (preferred). * Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and Meta from a visual and communication perspective. **Responsibilities** * Design graphic and audiovisual content for social media: reels, stories, posts, banners, etc., ensuring each post complies with the brand’s visual guidelines and objectives. * Participate in photo sessions and audiovisual content production for social media. * Research visual trends and propose creative concepts aligned with the brand. * Visually update the WordPress website with banners and graphic materials. * Collaborate on promotional campaigns, product launches, and events from the visual perspective. **Benefits** * Formal employment registration from day one, with all statutory benefits (MYPE). * Career path and opportunities for professional growth. * Internal company benefits. * Excellent work environment in a dynamic and creative setting. * Monthly salary of **S/1500\.00**. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm (*negotiable and subject to change based on performance and departmental goals*).
