We seek a professional capable of transforming photographs into high-impact commercial images while maintaining high standards of quality and visual consistency. Main Responsibilities: Perform professional photo retouching for fashion campaigns, catalogs, and e\-commerce. Color correction, lighting adjustment, exposure control, and white balance calibration. Skin and garment detail retouching while preserving a natural appearance. Image cleaning, cropping, and preparation for digital platforms and marketplaces. Editing and optimization of product and lifestyle photography. Application of visual criteria aligned with brand identity. Efficient organization and management of files and workflows. Collaboration with photographers, designers, and the creative team. Requirements: Proven experience in fashion and e\-commerce photo retouching. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. Knowledge of skin retouching techniques, color grading, and photographic manipulation. Excellent aesthetic judgment and attention to detail. Experience working with product photography, garments, and models. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A current portfolio (mandatory). Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
