Job Summary: We are seeking a Professional Intern to train in recruitment and selection processes, digital marketing, and employer branding within the transportation sector. Key Highlights: 1. Creation and monitoring of Meta Ads campaigns Grupo Express del Perú (REX – SFASA) is an urban passenger transportation company in Lima. We seek a Professional Intern who wishes to gain hands-on experience in real recruitment and selection processes, digital marketing, and employer branding within the transportation sector. Responsibilities: * Provide on-site support at job fairs, field activations, and site visits (yard) for direct attraction of Operator candidates. * Conduct initial telephone/WhatsApp screening of applicants or referrals, and update the Referral Program database daily. * Assist in reference verification and compilation of documentary files for qualified candidates. * Consolidate data for the weekly recruitment funnel report. * Create, publish, and monitor Meta Ads campaigns aimed at attracting Operators, reporting generated leads and cost per lead. * Capture and edit audiovisual content during field activations and job fairs. * Participate in executing the department’s Social Media Interaction Plan. Profile: * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Talent Management, or related fields. * Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with WhatsApp Business. * Preferred: Familiarity with Meta Ads/Meta Business Suite and video editing (CapCut or other editor). * Preferred: 3–6 months of experience in mass selection processes or field recruitment. * Availability for field and on-site work at Patio Norte \- Huarango (Carabayllo). Terms and Benefits: * Financial stipend: S/ 1,300\.00 per month. * Arrangement: Professional Internship Agreement. * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * Direct training in recruitment, digital marketing (Meta Ads), and employer branding alongside the Human Talent Management department.
