MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: * Video editing for social media (TikTok / Reels / Ads) * Dynamic content creation (cuts, subtitles, effects, hooks) * Ad image design (using Canva or other tools) * Utilization of AI tools for content creation REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of video editing experience * Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (mandatory) * Creativity and focus on result-driven content * Proactivity and eagerness to learn ADVANCED digital marketing CONDITIONS: * On-site work in Los Olivos (URB PRO REF (NEAR THE HUACA DE PRO)) * Working hours: * Monday–Friday: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm * Saturday: 8:00 am – 1:00 pm * Salary: **S/1300 per month** * Growth opportunities based on performance IMPORTANT: We seek a committed, quick-learning individual with a mindset of continuous improvement.
