Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in accounting functions and systems, responsible for recording and reporting financial transactions, and supporting analysis and preparation of financial statements. Opportunity to contribute to the preparation of financial statements. ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT **REQUIREMENTS**: · Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Accounting. (Mandatory) · Intermediate-level office software proficiency · Experience using accounting systems · Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting functions · Knowledge of purchase recording, sales recording, bank recording, payroll recording, PDT 621 filing, PLAME filing, AFPnet usage, T\-Register usage, payment voucher handling, and retention handling. · Working hours: Monday \- Friday (8:00 am \- 6:00 pm) · Must reside in districts near Bellavista\-Callao · Market-aligned compensation \- Subject to evaluation. · Immediate availability **RESPONSIBILITIES**: · Recording purchase and sales invoices in the accounting system. · Recording accounting entries and provisions in the system. · Recording bank transactions in the accounting system and performing bank reconciliations. · Payroll provisions and Social Benefits settlements. · Ongoing monitoring of the SUNAT platform. · Preparation and submission of Electronic Books SIRE, monthly PDT 621 and PDT PLAME declarations. · Support during audits conducted by SUNAT and SUNAFIL. · Support in accounting account analysis. · Support in preparing financial statements. · Perform other duties assigned within the scope of competence. **Competencies for the Position**: · Punctuality· Planning and organization· Persuasion· Analytical ability· Empathy· Proactivity· Resilience· Assertive communication· Responsibility Work Location: Bellavista\-Callao Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Workplace: On-site employment Workplace: On-site employment
