Position Summary: We are seeking an accounting leader to manage financial, tax, and administrative operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Leads accounting closing processes and prepares financial statements. 2. Supervises tax obligations and electronic books before SUNAT. 3. Manages credit, collections, and inventory control teams. We are a 100% Peruvian company with over 15 years of experience in the environmental sector, registered with MINAM as an Operating Company focused on the evacuation and valorization of Solid Waste, Liquid Waste, Commercial Waste, and WEEE. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or professional title in Accounting. * Minimum 5 years of experience leading accounting departments or holding managerial/supervisory positions. * Strong expertise in tax legislation, tax regimes, and IFRS. * Proficiency in accounting ERP systems such as Concar, StarSoft, or Siscont. * Intermediate-level Excel skills. * Must reside in Cajamarquilla, Huachipa, or surrounding areas. **Main Responsibilities:** · Lead monthly and annual accounting closing processes. · Prepare, submit, and analyze comprehensive financial statements for management. · Supervise the calculation, filing, and payment of tax obligations (IGV, Income Tax, withholdings, deductions) before SUNAT. · Ensure accurate submission of Electronic Books (SIRE / PLE). · Manage and monitor staff responsible for credit, collections, and accounts receivable control. · Ensure achievement of collection targets and proper reconciliation of customer bank deposits. · Audit staff handling petty cash funds, validating periodic cash counts and verifying that supporting documents comply with SUNAT regulations. · Supervise warehouse staff to ensure accurate recording of merchandise inflows and outflows, as well as proper inventory organization. · Lead periodic physical inventory executions and perform cross-checks against the accounting system. · Serve as the primary contact during external audits and SUNAT inspections. · Coordinate, evaluate performance, train, and organize workflow for all administrative, operational, and accounting personnel under supervision. · Lead, train, and evaluate the accounting team under supervision.
