




Position Summary: We are seeking a Billing Assistant with proven experience in billing processes and administrative management to handle the issuance and control of commercial documents. Key Highlights: 1. Manages the issuance of electronic invoices and shipping guides. 2. Collaborates with key departments such as logistics, sales, and warehouse. 3. Maintains control over commercial and tax documentation. We are Corporación Carrillo Import & Carrillo Group, a small- and medium-sized enterprise (SME) and importer of heavy machinery spare parts headquartered in Callao. We are looking for a BILLING ASSISTANT with proven experience in billing processes and administrative management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic sales invoices in compliance with current tax regulations. * Prepare, review, and control shipping guides (for shipment and/or transportation). * Verify the correct relationship among shipping guides, purchase orders, sales notes, and invoices. * Register invoices and shipping guides in the administrative system or ERP. * Validate customer data: legal name, RUC/NIT, addresses, and commercial terms. * Control cancellations, credit notes, and debit notes. * Coordinate with logistics, sales, and warehouse departments to ensure proper dispatch documentation. * Maintain physical and digital archives of documentation. * Support billing reconciliations and monthly reporting. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related fields. * Must reside in Northern Lima, Callao, or nearby areas. **Experience:** * Minimum 1–2 years in similar positions. * Demonstrable experience in billing and issuing shipping guides. **Technical Knowledge:** * Electronic invoicing. * Shipping guides (regulations and usage). * Commercial and tax documentation. * Proficiency in ERP systems or billing software. * Intermediate-level Excel Salary: S/.1,200.00 - S/.1,800.00 per hour Work Location: On-site employment
