In Peru, we operate in most economic sectors such as mining, agriculture and fishing, forming part of the value chain of their products and services. **Job Description** * Offer area services to client-mandated suppliers through defined channels, in accordance with internal policies, guidelines, and applicable current legislation, to achieve defined monthly and annual sales targets. * Access SGS systems to identify the type of evaluation and review the corresponding procedure cost. * Access SGS systems and monitor supplier entry into supplier qualification processes. * Access SGS systems according to the client's OL: 1°GENESYS, 2°CELL PHONE, 3°EMAIL, 4°WHATSAPP. * Receive assigned supplier companies to be audited from the Sales Advisor. * Verify supplier requests in the email inbox. * Verify supplier payments received via email. * Review purchase orders received from companies with credit terms. * Communicate with suppliers regarding advance invoices. * Provide support in collections as required (providing contact information / sending payment reminder emails to suppliers) / Advance invoicing. * Follow up on completed services (REPORTS) that started with a purchase order (CREDIT). * Follow up to ensure suppliers submit mandatory documents for invoice issuance (acceptance certificate, etc.) / Follow up to ensure suppliers submit the questionnaire when they have credit. **Requirements** * Education: Completed technical degree in Business Administration or related fields aligned with SGS services. * Basic computer skills. * English: Not required. * Experience: At least 1 year in call center sales. **Additional Information** * Payroll registration from the first day. * Life Insurance as per law. * Constant training opportunities. * Corporate agreements.
