Description

Position Summary: Supervises accounting records, validates and files accounting and tax declarations, and analyzes accounts to prepare financial statements and profitability reports, supporting managerial decision-making. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervision and validation of accounting and tax records and filings. 2. Account analysis for preparation of monthly financial statements. 3. Generation of profitability reports and bank movement reports for management. * Supervise payment voucher records to verify compliance with the Payment Voucher Regulations and correct assignment to accounting accounts. * Validate and file electronic purchase, sales, and daily ledger registers to meet legal requirements. * File PDT 621, PLAME, and PDT 617 to fulfill obligations before SUNAT. * Analyze accounting accounts 14, 16, 17, 18, 33, 37, 40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 70, 75, 77, and the entire Class 6 to prepare monthly financial statements. * Supervise the profitability schedule per operation conducted to determine operating profit and identify the break-even point, which will be presented to General Management for decision-making. * Generate a weekly report of pending invoices to be issued and send it to the Operations Department to justify delays in invoicing. * Generate a report of pending bank transaction reconciliations and send it to the Operations Department for substantiation. * Accounting and financial evaluation of customers.
