What will be your mission? You will accompany the customer throughout their entire process Provide support and guidance at every step. Resolve questions regarding platform navigation and usage. Ensure a smooth, clear, and satisfying customer service experience. What do you need to join our team? Completed secondary education. With or without prior customer service experience (in-person or call center). Excellent communication, writing, and spelling skills. Basic computer literacy and intermediate-level internet navigation skills. Availability to work 48 HOURS PER WEEK at our Bellavista – Callao site. **SCHEDULES:** **Training:** Monday to Saturday, 2:00 PM \- 11:00 PM **Operational Shift:** Monday to Sunday (one rotating day off) **SHIFT:** 2:00 PM TO 11:00 PM (2-hour flexibility before and after shift, if required) What do we offer?
