What will be your mission? You will accompany the customer throughout their entire process. Provide support and guidance at every step. Resolve questions regarding platform navigation and usage. Ensure a smooth, clear, and satisfying customer service experience. What do you need to join our team? Completed secondary education. With or without prior customer service experience (in-person or call center). Excellent communication, writing, and spelling skills. Basic computer literacy and intermediate internet navigation skills. Availability to work 48 HOURS PER WEEK at our Bellavista – Callao site. **SCHEDULES:** **Training:** Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM \- 9:00 PM **Work Schedule:** **SHIFT 1:** 1 AM TO 10 AM **SHIFT 2:** 3 AM TO 12 PM **SHIFT 3:** 5 AM TO 2 PM **SHIFT 4:** 7 AM TO 4 PM What do we offer?
