We are a growing e-commerce company seeking a Sales Executive with a commercial mindset, results orientation, and experience in sales closing to join our team. **What will be your mission?** Confirm Shopify orders, recover abandoned carts, and close sales that failed to materialize through our automated channels. **Main Responsibilities** \* Confirm orders generated via Shopify. \* Contact customers via WhatsApp and phone calls. \* Recover abandoned carts and uncompleted sales. \* Follow up with interested prospects. \* Address inquiries and handle commercial objections. \* Increase sales conversion rate. \* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. **Requirements** \* Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, call centers, telesales, or commercial closing. \* Excellent verbal and written communication skills. \* Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. \* Goal-oriented mindset. \* Proficiency in WhatsApp Web and digital tools. \* Intermediate-level Excel. \* Prior experience in e\-commerce or online sales is desirable. **Ideal Candidate Profile** \* Proactive individual with a commercial mindset. \* Energetic, competitive, and results-focused. \* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. \* Responsible, organized, and committed. \* Interest in professional development within the commercial field. **Work Modality** Hybrid – Surquillo **Working Hours** Monday to Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **Benefits** \* Fixed salary: S/ 1,200 \* Bonuses and incentives for target achievement. \* Ongoing training in sales and e\-commerce. \* Real professional growth opportunity. \* Excellent working environment. **IMPORTANT** This position focuses on sales and commercial closing.
