Interdisciplinary coordination through a Common Data Environment (CDE) **Electronic or Telecommunications Engineer – MEP Modeler** We are seeking an **MEP Modeler** with strong expertise in BIM methodology for collaborative building project development. Key Responsibilities * BIM modeling at **LOD 350** for architectural building projects * Generation of technical documentation at the construction execution level from the federated model * Preparation of detailed finish schedules extracted from the model * Extraction and structuring of quantity take-off sheets organized according to the Regulation on Quantity Surveying for Building Works * Interdisciplinary coordination through a **Common Data Environment (CDE)** * Ensuring consistency between the model and 2D documentation Technical Requirements * Advanced proficiency in BIM authoring software (Revit) * Demonstrable experience in **LOD 350** modeling * Knowledge of BIM standards and collaborative workflows * Ability to generate construction-execution documentation from the model * Proficiency in using CDE for project coordination * Familiarity with the Regulation on Quantity Surveying for Building Works Working Conditions * **Working Hours:** 7:30 am \- 4:30 pm * **Location:** Santiago de Surco, Lima * **Work Mode:** On-site * Opportunity for formal employment registration **Interested candidates must submit CV and BIM project portfolio** Salary: S/.1,130\.00 \- S/.2,500\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
