Opportunity to work abroad in Panama A reputable company in the fishing and maritime sector is seeking a **Marine Engine Mechanic** with proven experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Caterpillar marine diesel engines. We seek responsible professionals capable of teamwork and experienced in fishing, industrial, or commercial vessels, to work abroad in the Republic of Panama. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on marine engines. * Diagnose and rectify mechanical failures. * Carry out disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of components. * Perform major and minor repairs on diesel engines. * Prepare technical reports of completed work. * Comply with company safety standards and established procedures. **Requirements** * Proven experience with Caterpillar engines: * 3406 * 3408 * 3412 * Experience with marine diesel engines. * Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical failures. * Availability to work in Panama. * Valid passport or ability to obtain one. **Additional qualifications preferred** * Experience in engine overhaul or complete engine rebuild. * Experience on fishing vessels. * Knowledge of hydraulic and auxiliary marine systems. * Experience with marine generators. **Important Information** Candidates who meet the stated requirements and are interested in participating in the selection process for employment in the Republic of Panama must send their updated resume or CV to the following email address: **registrobarcos04@gmail.com** **Email Subject:** Marine Engine Mechanic – Panama Employment terms, remuneration, benefits, work modality, accommodation, meals, transportation, and other labor conditions will be communicated exclusively to candidates who successfully pass the various stages of the evaluation and selection process.
