Job Summary: Responsible for the transmission and management of customs information, ensuring accuracy and timely communication, with proactive review of official communications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactive management of customs transmissions and documentation. 2. Operation of SOFTPAD systems for essential procedures. 3. Constant communication and incident resolution. ✓ Prepares ZIP files in advance based on proactively reviewed information from the corresponding department's institutional email. ✓ Keeps the TRASLADOS TALMA\-SAASA\-SHOHIN 2026\ table up to date. ✓ Submits VAT data in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Submits IRM data in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Submits cargo releases and departures in the SOFTPAD system. ✓ Ensures the completeness and accuracy of all transmitted data. ✓ Regularly reports transmission progress to departments requiring such updates. ✓ Keeps the Reporte de Transmisiones 2026\ table updated, reporting any irregularities. ✓ Promptly reports any transmission issues, especially those that may result in financial penalties. ✓ Proactively reviews SUNAT emails, electronic mailbox, and checks for ACE (Extraordinary Control Action) notifications; immediately notifies if any are found. ✓ Prepares a handover note detailing progress on responsibilities to inform the next shift about pending items. ✓ Responds promptly and remains attentive to all communications via the WhatsApp application associated with the transmission number; answers calls received on this number and remains available to assist as requested. ✓ Maintains care of electronic equipment and office supplies provided for performing job duties. ✓ In case of remote work: Maintains care of equipment, supplies, and materials provided for performing job functions; demonstrates behavior oriented toward full compliance, with total responsibility and dedication to assigned tasks.
