Position Description Mission: Coordinate, schedule, and implement the projects led within their unit/department, based on established standards and procedures, in order to optimize project profitability while ensuring deadlines and established quality standards. They are responsible for the execution of construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise the use of resources to ensure that construction works are carried out on time, according to specifications, and at the established cost. Among their most common functions are: Managing contracts and obtaining required permits and licenses, preparing budget estimates, planning and setting construction phases, supervising subcontractor activities and subordinate or labor personnel, verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases, representing the company in relevant matters. Candidate Requirements We are currently seeking professional staff for the position of Construction Manager for the Icaclic Transmission Lines and Substations project. Mission: Technically and administratively execute and control the assigned project in accordance with technical requirements, deadlines, costs, safety, and quality standards, contributing to achieving the contractual commitments agreed upon with the client. Functions:* Plan the development of activities for the project under their responsibility. Guarantee optimal execution and economic success of the project. * Execute the project under their responsibility according to the startup plan and site management systems. * Prepare technical studies and/or processes (engineering, maintenance, quality, risk prevention, environment, among others) supporting the projects. * Control compliance with technical specifications and procedures on site. * Identify and resolve potential risks during project execution (technical, quality, risk prevention, environment, others). * Analyze and evaluate their project execution plan. Ensure the project’s economic outcomes. * Implement and disseminate common operational and site management systems. Requirements: Degree holder and registered professional in Engineering. Specialization in engineering/construction project management, negotiation, and risk management. More than 7 years of experience in Civil and/or Electromechanical Projects.
