Candidate Requirements ACCIONA, within its Industrial business unit, requires hiring a QUALITY MANAGER for an LT and SE project in Cajamarca: Mission: Plan, implement, and supervise the quality management system during the construction of electric transmission lines and substations, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, applicable standards, and contractual requirements. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain an up-to-date Project Quality Plan, ensuring its effective implementation across all work fronts. * Supervise quality control activities for materials, construction processes, and electrical and electromechanical equipment. * Verify compliance with national and international technical standards. * Coordinate with testing laboratories to conduct material tests: concrete, steel, welds, insulator compression, etc. * Manage technical inspections during material receipt, structural assembly, towers, cables, substation equipment, etc. * Assess and report detected non-conformities, leading corrective, preventive, and follow-up actions. * Ensure all construction procedures have their respective approved quality checklists and protocols. * Control project technical documentation: quality certificates, “as-built” drawings, inspection reports, test records. Profile: * Degree-holding and professionally registered engineer in Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the role, with participation in electrical projects, transmission lines and substations, or similar infrastructure projects.
