We are currently seeking top talent for the position of: **PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR \- PHARMACEUTICAL CHEMIST** **What We Value** * Certified Pharmaceutical Chemist (Mandatory). * Minimum 1 year of experience as a production supervisor in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, laboratory, veterinary, food, or similar industries, including personnel management experience. * Experience implementing and sustaining the 5S methodology. * Experience with Quality Management Systems. * Knowledge of and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Availability to work in the Ate district. **Work Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:51 PM (overtime until 7:30 PM); Saturday overtime; rotating shifts: 3 weeks day shift, 1 week night shift. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Supervise production to ensure proper line operation and implement corrective actions. * Implement Quality Management Systems. * Ensure adherence to production plans under the 5S methodology. * Manage operational staff, monitoring attendance, duties, and use of PPE. * Coordinate equipment and material cleaning, sanitization, and preparation. * Verify compliance with quality, safety, and GMP standards, including data recording. * Coordinate with support departments to ensure operational continuity. * Other duties as assigned within the department. **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment contract with all statutory benefits (CTS, bonuses, family allowance, vacation, health insurance, etc.). * 60% food subsidy. * Mobility bonus. * Educational agreements with SENATI. * Profit-sharing. * Birthday leave. * Christmas bonus. * School vouchers. * Corporate discounts on products.
