Continuous training and an excellent work environment. **COMMERCIAL TRAINER FOR HOME APPLIANCES AND TVS** **Multinational Company in the Electronics and Home Appliances Sector** We are currently looking for a highly qualified professional to join our team as a **Commercial Trainer for Home Appliances and TVs**, responsible for developing and delivering training programs targeting the sales force, distributors, and strategic customers nationwide. Main Responsibilities * Design and implement commercial and technical training plans for the Home Appliances and Television categories. * Train sales representatives, promoters, supervisors, and commercial teams in Lima and provinces. * Develop training materials, presentations, product manuals, and assessments. * Design training programs focused on product features, benefits, differentiators, and sales techniques. * Conduct product demonstrations and commercial launches. * Measure training effectiveness using performance indicators. * Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies. * Provide technical\-commercial support to the sales team when required. * Coordinate training schedules with Commercial, Marketing, and Trade Marketing departments. Requirements * Minimum of **2 years proven experience** as a trainer for technology products, home appliances, televisions, or consumer electronics. * Demonstrable experience in commercial training and sales team development. * Knowledge of Home Appliances categories (refrigeration, laundry, cooking, climate control) and Televisions. * Proficiency in sales techniques, commercial argumentation, and objection handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and training tools. * Availability for frequent domestic travel. * Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
