Job Summary: This role involves coordinating and verifying suppliers' documents, monitoring units, reviewing SINTAD information, recording purchases, and issuing fleet supervision reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and verification of suppliers' accounting documents. 2. Monitoring of company-owned and third-party units assigned to the service. 3. Review and allocation of expenses in SINTAD to ensure actual profitability. * Coordinate and verify suppliers' supporting documents to ensure compliance with the company's accounting requirements. * Monitor company-owned and third-party units assigned to the service. * Review SINTAD information to identify work orders and allocate each expense to the corresponding service order. * Record purchases, container numbers, drivers, and general expenditures in SINTAD so that the billing department can achieve actual profitability. * Issue weekly fleet supervision reports to enable corrective or preventive actions regarding driver effectiveness.
