**Job Description** **Area:** Operations / Projects **Salary:** S/ 3,000 **Openings: 04** **Minimum Experience:** 2 years in similar positions **Employment Type:** Full-time **Position Objective:** The CAD Drafter is responsible for creating technical drawings for telecommunications, electrical, or other related specialty projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements. Additionally, provides support to the Operations department in project development, documentation, and closure. **Main Responsibilities:** * Create technical drawings applying company and client standards (scales, layers, presentation, blocks, XREFs, among others). * Perform plotting and folding of drawings according to current regulations. * Organize and keep project technical files up to date. * Perform take-offs related to areas, conduits, and other project elements. * Support the Operations team in project development, tracking, and closure using Office tools. * Manage and organize generated DWG files, maintaining a clear and organized structure. * Demonstrate proactivity, collaboration, and responsibility in completing assigned tasks. * Assist in other duties related to Operations and Projects areas as required. **Requirements:** * Technical degree or graduate in Design, Technical Drawing, Engineering, or related fields. * **2 years of experience** as a CAD drafter in telecommunications, electrical, or similar projects. * Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (essential). * Knowledge in performing take-offs. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of Office tools. * Prior experience managing technical files is desirable.
