We seek responsible, committed individuals focused on route compliance and delivering appropriate customer service. Responsibilities * Perform merchandise dispatch and delivery according to the assigned route. * Verify correct loading and unloading of products. * Comply with delivery protocols and documentary control procedures. * Maintain communication with operations and route administration. * Ensure the good condition and proper use of the assigned vehicle. * Comply with traffic regulations and internal safety policies. * Report incidents, observations, or delays occurring during the route. * Assist in maintaining basic order and control of the vehicle. * Occasionally assist in loading and unloading. Requirements * Valid License A2B / A3B / A3C * Experience in delivery, distribution, or operational transportation. * Knowledge of local routes and transportation regulations. Competencies * Responsibility and punctuality. * Commitment to operations. * Courteous behavior and effective communication. * Teamwork. * Ability to work under pressure. Benefits * PEN 2,000 \+ PEN 300 possibility of increase after a few months: PEN 2,000 \+ PEN 500 (based on performance) * Formal employment with statutory benefits (12 monthly salaries \+ 2 bonuses \+ CTS \+ Essalud). * Biweekly and timely payment. * Job stability. * Positive work environment.
