Positive work environment **Profile: Multibrand Digital Lock Specialist Technician** We are looking for a Digital Lock Specialist Technician with experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining electronic security solutions, focused on delivering high-quality service in residential and commercial environments. The ideal candidate has experience working with various smart lock brands and access control systems, demonstrating the ability to adapt to different technologies and customer needs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Installation and configuration of digital locks (biometric, RFID, PIN, Bluetooth, and WiFi). * Working with platforms and mobile applications (TTLock, Tuya Smart, Smart Life, among others). * Basic integration with smart home and access control systems. * Diagnosis and resolution of technical issues in electronic locks. * Technical advisory to customers regarding equipment usage and maintenance. * Fieldwork (technical visits, installations, and support). **Requirements:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience installing digital locks or electronic security systems. * Knowledge of multiple brands (Safe\&Smart, Yale, Samsung, Kaadas, among others). * Basic understanding of electricity and technical tools. * Basic networking knowledge (WiFi, app configuration). * Ability to work independently and collaboratively. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. **Desirable:** * Experience in smart home or home automation. * Experience installing CCTV, alarm systems, or access control systems. * Driver’s license (optional). * Personal mobility. **Competencies:** * Problem-solving * Proactivity * Responsibility * Attention to detail **We Offer:** * Market-competitive remuneration * Growth opportunity in the smart home and automation sector * Continuous training on new technologies * Positive work environment Salary: Starting from S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
