Job Summary: Newrest is seeking a professional to verify finished products, manage documentation, and ensure temperature-controlled loading and delivery of orders. Key Highlights: 1. Verification and quality control of finished products. 2. Documentation management and product dispatch. 3. Ensuring adherence to delivery schedules. Newrest is a multinational catering company, currently operating in over 58 countries and present in Peru for the past 15 years. Focused on gastronomy, we maintain operations across Air Catering, Concessions, and Remote Site Services—covering food service, maintenance, and hospitality within the latter. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Verify that finished products match the information provided by the Operations Manager, according to the destination client. * Obtain and verify the necessary documentation required to perform control and delivery of the aforementioned products. * Conduct a thorough inspection and cleaning of the assigned vehicle (360°) for daily duties, ensuring correct completion of the control form created for this purpose. * Load products scheduled for dispatch into the vehicle, following all safety protocols and rigorously verifying temperature control. * Adhere to the delivery schedule for products to clients, considering timing, quantity, and presentation. * Provide support in activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.
