Job Summary: We are seeking a Line Technician with experience in telecommunications, networking, electronics, or electricity for fiber optic splicing and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of specialized fiber optic tools We are looking for a **LINE TECHNICIAN** available immediately. Requirements * Technical degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Electronics, Electricity, or related fields * Fiber optic splicing (certification preferred) * Proficiency in operating optical measurement equipment * Minimum 1 year of experience in fiber optic splicing or related work * **Valid driver's license preferred** * Residence in areas near Comas, Surquillo, or Cercado de Lima Responsibilities * Perform fiber optic splicing via fusion and conduct power meter testing * Certify optical links to ensure appropriate power levels * Install ADSS, drop, OPGW, or other project-specific fiber optic cables * Install NAP boxes, splice closures, branch points, and optical distribution points * Operate specialized tools and equipment: fusion splicer, power meter, cleaver, stripper, etc. * Respond to reported faults and perform emergency repairs * Update infrastructure records, coordinates, routes, and splices performed * Prepare test reports, measurement records, and activity summaries * Adhere to safety procedures and standards (working at heights, fiber handling, PPE) * Verify proper sealing and waterproofing of splice closures to prevent moisture damage * Identify field hazards and report incidents or findings * Drive the assigned vehicle for personnel transportation Benefits * Competitive market-based salary * Positive work environment * Career development path **If interested, please send your CV to 989\-119\-420** Position Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
