Manage inventory of tools and equipment. **Job Description: Maintenance Assistant** **Our client, a leading company in the Food Industry, is looking for a committed Maintenance Assistant with basic general maintenance skills.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum age of 18 years. * Basic knowledge of painting and puttying. * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Availability to work 48 hours per week, 6 days with 1 day off. **WORKING CONDITIONS:** * **Location:** San Luis. * **Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. * **Payroll:** MYPE * Support corrective maintenance and assembly of freezers. * Perform puttying, sanding, and painting of freezers. * Assist with repairs and general maintenance of plant facilities. * Report equipment deterioration, lighting fixtures, and other elements to the supervisor. * Control and inventory tools and equipment spare parts. * Conduct equipment inventory and label their status. **COMPETENCIES:** * **Planning and Organization:** Ability to plan and organize maintenance tasks efficiently. * **Customer Service:** Orientation toward delivering quality service and supporting the plant’s maintenance needs. * **Teamwork:** Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members. * **Proactivity:** Initiative to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. * **Resource Management:** Ability to manage and control tools and spare parts efficiently. **If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining a team committed to maintaining and ensuring the optimal operation of our facilities, we invite you to apply.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,500.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
