Ensuring proper equipment operation and preventing production stoppages **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – INDUSTRIAL PLANT** **Join our team!** We are looking for an **Industrial Maintenance Technician** with experience in plant machinery to ensure the operational continuity of our industrial equipment. **Requirements** .Technician graduate in Maintenance Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields. .Minimum of **1 year** of experience in industrial maintenance (production plant experience preferred). .Knowledge of **preventive and corrective maintenance**. .Experience with industrial equipment, motors, pumps, compressors, conveyor belts, electrical panels, and pneumatic systems. .Basic ability to read electrical and/or mechanical drawings (preferred). .Availability to work rotating shifts (if applicable). .Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented. **Responsibilities** \- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery. \- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures in plant equipment. \- Conduct inspections and prepare technical reports. \- Ensure proper equipment operation to prevent production stoppages. \- Comply with industrial safety protocols. **Benefits** \- Formal employment registration from day one. \- Statutory benefits. \- Career development path. \- Positive work environment. \- Ongoing training.
