Job Summary: We are seeking a Motorcycle Technician I to perform preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnose failures, and coordinate activities in the automotive sector. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate effectively with the work team and other departments. On behalf of our client, a leading company in the automotive sector, we are looking for a Motorcycle Technician I. Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. **Requirements** * Higher Technical Degree in Automotive Mechanics and Electricity. * Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle mechanic role. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Technical knowledge in automotive mechanics and automotive electronics. * Basic Microsoft Office skills. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive maintenance operations on motor vehicles, including inspection, adjustment, and component replacement, according to the established schedule. * Carry out corrective maintenance operations, performing necessary repairs to ensure proper vehicle operation. * Diagnose mechanical or electrical failures and determine required corrective actions to resolve identified issues. * Maintain smooth communication with the work team and other departments, ensuring effective coordination of assigned tasks. * Perform other duties assigned by the team, department, or immediate supervisor that contribute to achieving company objectives. **Benefits** * All statutory benefits. * Salary: 1100 soles + commissions of 1000 soles. * EPS (Health Insurance) coverage. * Ongoing training. * Corporate discounts.
