REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical degree in Industrial Electricity. \- At least 2 years of experience as a maintenance technician, multifunctional technician, electrician, electromechanical technician, air conditioning technician, or related roles. Knowledge in: \- Preparing technical reports. \- Chiller operation \- Electrical panels \- Plumbing \- Fire protection systems. \- Elevators \- Generators \- Masonry RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide operational technical support within the assigned account coverage area and during client-specified hours for Property Management. \- Responsible for operating assigned technical equipment \- Address all corrective maintenance tasks assigned by supervision at client facilities \- Respond to requests for locksmithing, electrical work, painting, and plumbing \- Complete the scheduled checklist route in the assigned zone \- Use appropriate PPE and tools while complying with Occupational Safety regulations \- Obtain signed service acceptance certificates \*\* We are an inclusive company that respects diversity and does not discriminate in any form \*\* Salary: S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
