A leading taxi industry company with strong presence in Peruvian shopping malls is seeking top talent. **Plaza Assistant \- Minka** **Requirements:** * Must reside in Callao or surrounding districts; duties will be performed inside the Minka shopping mall. * Prior experience of more than one year in this role or in a similar function. * Basic knowledge of managing operational staff and taxi drivers. * Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, with two hours for lunch break and one day off per week. **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for direct interaction with drivers to coordinate transportation of mall customers. * Oversee fleet condition, ensuring vehicles are clean and free from damage. * Collect daily contributions from affiliated drivers by visiting their assigned modules. * Maintain cleanliness of the module and driver plaza area. * Collect parking fees from each affiliated driver employed by the company. * Support daily planning within the work zone, particularly regarding the operational center for drivers at the taxi stand. * Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit consolidated reports to the Operations Manager. * Receive new drivers joining the company. * Support field recruitment of new drivers. * Monitor and track driver attendance. * Deposit collected contributions into the bank. * Other duties as assigned. **Benefits:** * Base salary plus performance bonus. * Career path and growth opportunities. * Workplace located near your residence. * Positive work environment. * Corporate discounts for you and your family. **Send your CV or contact details via WhatsApp to 984 087 219, or email your CV to: jfernando.gerencia@dadi.pe** Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.3\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
