This is how we develop mining—always attuned to change, driven by committed, inspired, and continuously developing people. **Join Nexa and be part of the mining industry that moves with the world!** **\#WomenTalentsInMining \#MiningInternships** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support monitoring of laboratory-, pilot-, and industrial-scale grinding and flotation tests. * Support monitoring of mineralogical characterization assays. * Participate in supplier meetings. * Provide support for metallurgical mass balances. * Assist in schedule creation and tracking. * Provide support for idea and project scouting, and presentation of results. * Assist in drafting technical scopes for contracting mineral processing services. * Support purchase requisition initiation. * Visit Nexa’s operational units. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Graduation completed in 2025-I or later, or Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Geological Engineering. * Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. * Knowledge of polymetallic mineral processing, grinding, flotation, and tailings thickening. * Basic knowledge of laboratory and pilot plant procedures. **Additional Information** * Unit: Lima Corporate Office * Modality: 100% in-person At NEXA, we work in a diverse environment where people feel free to be themselves.
