All updates regarding your application will be reflected there. **What You Will Do** Leads a team comprised of territory managers and sales support reps to meet revenue and growth goals. Responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing and mentoring a high\-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth while maintaining outstanding client relationships. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals. * Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets. * Establish clear sales goals, KPIs, and monitor performance regularly. * Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities. * Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and customer engagement. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs effectively. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with Dealers and industry partners. * Resolve escalated customer and product issues promptly. * Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior leadership. * Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. **What Skills You Will Have:** **Customer Focus:** Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions. **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision\-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. **Effective Communications:** Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors. **Relationship Management:** Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers. **Basic Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales management, preferably in financial services or equipment finance. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Client\-focused mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment. * Pre\-advanced english *Note: This position requires the candidate to work on\-site five days a week.* **Posting Dates:** May 19, 2026 \- May 27, 2026 Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
